The instant convo with locally-trained, curated info may help you navigate RVA. No pressure. They are trained to try to keep you in Richmond, though... so don't be surprised if they want to pick your brain to get you connected.

While we make mistakes, might forget some referrals that we haven't spoken to in a while, we still have a way better chance at pointing you in a direction if it is obscure.

The technology behind the responses is being experimented with... but clearly AI is faster.

Once you get plugged into the AI, it can be anywhere from 1-5 minutes... And if you are cool by the same metric we mark our referrals, the AI may even recommend something you may like.

While AI is more expensive to run and train, we might find a commercial benefit to what we are doing. Do NOT send anything private, confidential, or anything you would not want your community to see.

Knowing people is always beneficial, especially if all they needed was a little push to be fully emersed in the RVA community that matches with them. At some point, we may work off referral bonuses, but our priority will be on high qualified referrals, whether they pay or not.
